Sharing green tips

I’ve just heard David Cameron declaring that changing to a low carbon economy is a target he shares with the Liberal Democrats. Good news that they agree on one important issue! I wonder what price Caroline Lucas is putting on her cooperation with any particular party?

Insulating your loft

Greater carbon reductions come from insulating your loft than any other efficiency measure. It also pays for itself in a couple of years. However, lots of us still don't have loft insulation. So take the first step (up the ladder) and measure the depth of insulation in your loft. If it is less than 20cm then you really need some more.
